Why Brands Should Have Social Media Accounts?

I wonder why there are still businesses don't realize how important social media is in making their brands on the  top of digital world...

Billions of people are using internet in many ways. Students use it as their source of information where they search for something that is school-related, Others use it as a game-spot where they play online games and other web games, some just browse pics and stuff for fun, but most of these people are using internet to log-in to their social networks' account to connect with their friends, relatives and long lost love ones from other part of the world.

This is just a proof that people are engaging with lots of different social media sites for different reasons. And one of the factors that business is nothing without these people, because these people can be their customers as  well.

Facebook reached 1 billion users this year, Twitter has millions, other social media sites have thousands and more... maybe 1% of these people are their prospects, we never know, but for sure, numbers of them will subscribe or buy from your products, if they know it! What you only need to do is introduce it to them and promote it and get noticed.
